Each Cool Collar is cut, sewn, turned, pressed, sewn, filled then two more seams are added to complete the collar. There are no surged seams with fabric edges showing. The filler is compartmentalized to the area that goes around the neck so that the ties are free of filler, making the Cool Collar lighter. We make them all ourselves! Right here in the US-so we know they are done right!
